The Stone Sky by N.K. Jemisin
Yes, I’m finally completing one of the best trilogies I’ve ever read. I’ve only read a couple chapters so far, but it’s already so good. Obviously. I mean, this is N.K. Jemisin we’re talking about.
Recently Finished
The Bone Shard Daughter by Andrea Stewart
I just posted a full review for this yesterday, so I’ll keep this brief. I thought this book was incredible. It really blew me away. The characters, the plot, and the world-building were all fantastic. I highly, highly recommend this book if you haven’t read it yet.

Hood Feminism: Notes from the Women That a Movement Forgot by Mikki Kendall
I doubt I’ll have time to read this book by the end of the year, so it’ll just be my first book of 2021. This is a non-fiction book that explores feminism from a Black woman’s perspective and discusses important historical Black figures to the feminist movement. I’m actually really excited to read this. I’m always trying to not only become a better feminist, but a better person. Reading this book is the next step on my journey.
